Thank you for taking the time to discuss this project with me this morning. Like I mentioned on the call, I am requesting a will-serve letter that states that you will be able to provide
water and sewer services to our development. The project will be 353 multi-family units at the corner of Keller Springs Road and Addison Road in Addison. Please review the location on
the attached aerial. Also, please reference the location by the intersecting streets in your letter. We will follow the appropriate protocol for establishing services once we start construction.
