Thanks again for your willingness to write a letter clarifying that the
easements created by the old plat (I believe in 2004) that are being
abandoned as part of the new plat were never actually used by the
developer due to the fact that the development never happened.  Attached
is a copy of the survey with the abandoned easements highlighted.

I know you have a lot going on.  The land seller is pressuring us to
release our title objections so if you could let me know when it fits in
your schedule so that I can set expectations I would appreciate it.
