Carmen, Attached is a sheet from the civil plans from the previously designed project. There have been no changes to this plan from what was previously approved a couple years ago for Woodmont. You’ll notice that there are 2 power poles that need to be relocated due to a conflict with the building envelope. There are also new poles that need to be added to house transformers to serve the project. Again, no changes have been made to this plan from the previously approved plans. We met with Oncor on Wednesday and, as you noted in our meeting, they’re lead time to get the electrical infrastructure to the site could be very problematic for us. Before they will re-engage and pick up the design work, they have asked me to confirm with you that the attached distribution plan (moving and adding the poles) is acceptable from a design standpoint from Addison before they will move forward. I need them to get started ASAP to make sure their long lead-time doesn’t de-rail the project—if they have to completely re-design the project I don’t have much confidence we can get there. Can you confirm that this plan is acceptable (I’m not asking for approval of the plan from a code compliance standpoint, simply from an aesthetic standpoint) so that Oncor will move forward with updating their design?
