I talked to Hal Watson and am copying him with this e-mail.  He is seeking to receive the final C.O. by March 25th.

 

The following are the outstanding issues as I understand them:

*	Bollards - Dave said they are in the works and four are being placed near the garage to prevent cars from driving over the water vault.   SNK – is this something that can be completed
by March 25th?
*	Joint Sealer – the weather has made it difficult.  Dave said there is ongoing touch-up occurring.  The joint sealer is important because it keeps the water from going into the subgrade
and helps the pavement last longer.  Dave and Clay – is this something we are satisfied with in its current condition?
*	Street Light – was ordered by SNK and I understand that an escrow was deposited with the Town.  It is currently estimated to arrive in June, correct?  Assuming SNK will install and
the Town will reimburse the escrow.  We should be able to final the C.O. with the knowledge that this is going to happen.
*	Maintenance Bond and as-builts (record drawings) -  please submit these to Clay Barnett.    Clay – is there anything else they need to submit? 
*	Please verify with our Building Official, Lynn Chandler that Building Inspection has all their requirements met.  I have copied him with this e-mail also.

 

Please let us know if there are any other concerns or comments regarding SNK’s receiving final C.O. by March 25th.
