To clarify, you mentioned in our meeting that you didn’t think the plat was recorded for this property.  Attached is what appears to be a recorded plat in 2008 that was part of the civil
plans.  Can you confirm whether this plat is valid and was recorded as it seems to indicate?  I just want to make sure we are all on the same page.
