Mr. Watson,

 

I think you have made some progress.  What is the status of the four bollards to be placed on each side of the water meter vault?  This should be accomplished before the C.O. is given.

 

Please deliver the bond to either Clay Barnett or if he is not here, Lauren Clark.   Please also include a letter detailing the status of the street light order.  Please include attachments
that include a confirmation from the company that received your street light order that they have received it and a scheduled delivery date and the commitment for its installation. 
Once Clay or Lauren have documented 1.) the place the street light was ordered from, 2.) anticipated delivery date, 3.) person responsible for installation and 4.)  the placement of
the bollards,  then the C.O will be given.

 

If you have any questions, please contact me or Clay.  I think this is all possible in the time frame you are seeking.

Tomorrow I can personally hand deliver the bond to the Town of Addison. Where should I deliver the bond? To whom?

 

Also, I understand the pull test for the street lights went well this week.

 

May I pick up the final CO's for Allegro tomorrow? If not, what else must be done now?

	·         Maintenance Bond and as-builts (record drawings) -  please submit these to Clay Barnett.    Clay – is there anything else they need to submit? 

	·         Please verify with our Building Official, Lynn Chandler that Building Inspection has all their requirements met.  I have copied him with this e-mail also.

	 

	Please let us know if there are any other concerns or comments regarding SNK’s receiving final C.O. by March 25th.
