FYI – 

 

I failed the area drainage work at 14907 Lake Forest today - 9 Nov. 2009

The finish grade was wrong at several locations - a beam was installed along the fence base that effects the flow direction on the south side of the home, fill materials are still needed
at the s/w corner of the detached garage, and the r/e wall by the spa is not per plan so the swale along the fence is not correct.

I did not check the entire site and there was no elevation / stacking ect. - to verify the project.

 

I advised the landscape contractor (Shane) and the irrigation company – also the homeowner is aware that the inspection failed.

 

Shane advised me that the engineer that did the original design may provide an adjusted set of plans rather then field corrections being performed.

 

I advised Shane that all work must be approved and inspected by the Town.
