My nextdoor neighbor has added a cinderblock wall extension to their south facing, my north facing border. This is exposed to the front of the house and can been seen from the street. It now looks like they have just put the house up for sale. * Are they allowed to put up a cinderblock wall that you can see from the street? The rest of the wall has a nice covering to it. * And if not, what can I do, you do, that will get this corrected prior to the sale? Or does that transfer to the new owners, assuming it sells quickly?
