                Thanks for following up on this. In the future, unless there is a prevailing reason for installing separate fire meters in units such as these, please instruct your staff
that plans with this type of plumbing should be modified in favor of having only one meter to each unit.

I have visited with Lynn and Gordon, and they don’t think we made Ashton Woods put in two meters.  It is not something we would typically do.  We think they did it on their own.  Ashton
Woods, like many national builders, has standardized floor plans, and they use the same ones in all cities they build in.  We think they may have had to do it somewhere else, so it was
on the plans they used in Addison.  Clay wasn’t here when that was approved, and we know we didn’t make them do it, so that is the best we can come up with.
