Every sheet that shows the ramps should be updated to reflect unanimity with what was actually built. That includes the Hardscape plan sheets. As long as any future ramps are built according to the plan, there would not need to be any future changes to the “as-builts”. There are a number of ramps that do not have the same orientation or layout as shown on the plans as they have been submitted. For example, the ramps at the Asbury Monument sign do not line up with the ramps on either side adjacent to them. It will be determined by the ADA inspection whether the plans change, or the ramps need to be changed. David E. Do you want us to update after every townhome is constructed or can we make the change one time at the end of the project and then submit to you? Thanks, Casey Ross, P.E., CFM Dowdey, Anderson & Assoc. 5225 Village Creek Drive, Suite 200 Plano, TX 75093 972-931-0694 (O) 469-576-1039 (C) 972-931-9538 (F) From: David Wilde [mailto:dwilde@addisontx.gov] Sent: Tuesday, February 15, 2011 9:26 AM To: 'drodriguez@ashtonwoodshomes.com' Cc: Clay Barnett; Casey Ross; Bruce Hopewell; Ron Lee Subject: Asbury Circle David, After consulting with Clay and Bruce Hopewell, I will be bringing over the green tags for 3897 and 3899 Asbury Lane. There are however, a couple outstanding issues that need to be addressed as soon as possible. · The kink in the fire service at 3899 will require replacing that section of copper to ensure full volume to the fire system. This will require a momentary shut-down of the main water line. Have your contractor call us for coordination of this work. · Horizon Plumbing will complete the punch-list from last year and call for inspection of the completed addresses. · The section of sidewalk at the south end of the Asbury/Everwood alley may be poured at your discretion, with the understanding that all ADA facilities must pass final inspection by an ADA certified inspector prior to acceptance by the Town. · The Landscape/Hardscape and Paving sheets in the As-Builts must be updated to show the correct as-built conditions and orientations at all ADA ramp locations throughout the development. · The volleyball court drainage issue must be finally resolved. I believe we are on the right track going forward, and your efforts in addressing these items are much appreciated. David E.
