Dana, Thank you for brining this issue to our attention. The Asbury Circle Subdivision has not been accepted by the Town of Addison and will not be accepted until such time as the construction is complete. Prior to project completion, the development is being maintained by Ashton Woods. Ashton Woods was notified of this when we completed the preliminary walkthough on August 7, 2008. At that walkthough, we confirmed that all the items shown on the engineered construction documents were installed properly. This would include the signs you have described. It is apparent that the signs have been removed since the walkthough on August 7, 2008 and could possibly have been destroyed by the ongoing construction within the subdivision. Therefore, Ashton Woods should promptly replace the missing street name signs. I have copied David Rodriquez on this email so that he will be aware that the street name signs need to be replaced. If you have any questions or need any additional information, please feel free to contact me. Thanks, Clay Barnett, P.E.
