Howdy Bryce,

I did want to warn you that there is a guy named Matt on site that seems to be doing cowboy construction.  He is not paying attention to where the screening wall should be placed.  He
was also very rude to several of the utilities personnel who were only trying to help him out.  I would feel more comfortable if he was replaced.
