They only submitted one set.  They know they are required to submit 3, but they could probably only get one off the printer and get it up here by 5:00.  Carmen has called and let them
know they are required to submit 3.

I am out next week and I understand that Chris is out as well.  Chris was reviewing TCA for us.  They have submitted their third review.  The plans were changed to remove the loop road
and address the comments.  I do not believe there were any other revisions.  The comments from the last review are attached and the revised plans are at the front desk.  I know that
our contract is out of funds, but I am sure we will find a way to take care of it if we can get these reviewed.  Please let Nancy know if you can help us out.
