We are going to use the same project number: 2006-13.

 

The curb return needs to be at least 10’ from the inlet.  This is a low point inlet (in fact it is the only inlet on this stretch of Sojourn) and we need to maintain the 10’ variable
height curb on each side of the inlet.  Beyond that length you are welcome to tie in at any point.

Clay,

                A couple of questions:

1.       Do you have the rest of the PW #?

2.       How big of a deal is the 20’ radius?  I didn’t do the initial layout on this, but it looks like we are about 10’ away from the edge of the curb inlet, and we only need 5’ to
get to 20’.  Is that acceptable?  At that point I’d need to redesign the curb ramp to angle it away from the inlet.  Let me know if that’s how you would prefer to proceed.

 

The other questions I think I can answer/respond to, but was wondering if you had any clarification, especially on #2.   Thanks.

Attached are the preliminary comments.  We are still working on a final version.  We do want to insure that the fire lane meets the ordinances or there is satisfactory documentation
as to why they would not.  Additionally, we want to insure that no more than 4 cfs is discharged to Sojourn.
