Here are the progress reports for Fund 49 (the 2008 Capital Projects Fund) and Belt Line through 11/30/2010.  

 

I have worked with Clay and Alison to include all outstanding contracts for the various projects in Fund 49 to calculate an "available balance."  You can see a detail of all payables
on the last tab of the spreadsheet.  I will update them each month as we take new contracts to Council and as payments are made.
