Tom, There is one other issue that I forgot to bring up this morning. Bruce Dunne keeps stating that UDR is going to build the area on the south side of the creek and then simply get reimbursed when they have the 600 units. My understanding from our prior developer agreements is that we can only contribute 25% of the total cost under this arrangement and that we have to amend the Master Facilities Agreement similar to what we did with Fairfield on Addison Residential. I just wanted to make sure that UDR was aware of this issue prior to paying a substantial amount for design fees or construction.
