Please see below.  I think they may be placing the fire hydrant in service today, but we will need the test reports on the backflow devices prior to issuing a temp CO.

Please place a hold on this CO until the following two issues are addressed:
	1. The fire hydrant that is at the end of the courtyard needs to be placed into service,
	2. Submission of the test report for the backflow device for the building.

There will be other issues that need to be resolved prior to a final CO, but we need these two items addressed prior to issuing a temp CO.
