The Town of Addison has reviewed the submitted fire line submittal and has the following comments:

1.       Utilize the attached detail for the pipe embedment

2.       In lieu of the note “Backflow device located inside of building by others,” please state “Others to install a double check detector assembly with an externally mounted touch
pad in the riser room.  Meter to be in accordance with the Town of Addison Water System Requirements.”

3.       The engineer’s firm name and registration number must be present on the plan.
