Bruce, Did you ever see the manufacturer’s approval to have the Y strainer on the domestic water service installed backward? I have not seen anything from Andres or any manufacturer’s data stating that the direction of flow arrow can be facing into the flow instead of the direction of flow. The cut sheet that Tanner emailed me did not give that approval (see emails of 6/13). David E.
