I think Tuesday anytime between 10 and 1 would probably work best for me.  I think Clay should meet with us if he is available, because he has a more complete picture of the project.

Alison,

 

I have been working on a Fund Summary for the 2008 Capital Projects Fund that shows monies received and spent as well as monies committed to the Town but not yet received and contracts
we’ve entered into that have not been fully paid.  I’ve hidden some columns to only show our outstanding Vitruvian contracts.  The items in pink match the items in your spreadsheet (which
I also highlighted in pink).  All of the remaining items don’t match up.  The issue is probably that I’m missing some information.  To compile this info, I went through the invoices
we’ve paid to get the project budget.  

 

I think it would probably be beneficial for us to meet sometime early next week and walk through to make sure we’re on the same page.  My calendar is up to date so just let me know what
works for you!

Marisa,

 

The updated Vitruvian spreadsheet is attached.  The council authorizations are up to date.  I still have to get with Clay on a couple of items in there that have changed slightly, but
haven’t been documented in the spreadsheet.  (This is why some of the numbers may be off slightly)

 

But we can go ahead and drop that on the finance drive and start using that to put in the scanned checks.

I actually just have to change one authorization on it and I’ll get it to you in the morning.  

 

On an unrelated item, Ron wanted me to ask you if Finance is using the back room at Celestial PS for storage.  We know PD is using part of it, but we couldn’t see what was upstairs and
he thought that y’all might have stuff over there.

the council authorized amounts on this tab that haven’t been reflected.
