Could you read Marisa’s email below and make the necessary changes?  There was concern from Town Hall that the bond funds for Vitruvian infrastructure are being used for salaries.  I
had asked Dave Wilde not to use it when I learned that it was being taken from the Vitruvian Bond Funds, but I have not control over other departments.

 

I would really appreciate any assistance you could offer.

Here is the detail for who is charging hours to Vitruvian.  There’s nothing we can do about the hours charged in 2008, since that fiscal year is already closed.  However, I would suggest
we do a journal entry to charge the hours from 10/1/09 through present day back to the employee’s home department.  I would also suggest that you/Nancy/Clay work with Lisa to re-route
the payroll system so that these hours are charged to the home department rather than Fund 49.  That way they can still want to track their Vitruvian hours in e-Pay but it won’t actually
charge to Fund 49.  Let me know your thoughts.  If you want to wait to discuss next Friday at our meeting, we can do that.  No rush.
