The spreadsheets do not deduct for the more recent change orders. I will correct this prior to sending the information to Dallas County. Because of the change orders, we are actually
scheduled to receive less than the amount detailed in the PSA. However, I have attached an email we sent to Dallas County requesting additional reimbursement. I have not received a
response from them. These additional requested items should bring us pretty close to the amount detailed in the PSA.

Clay,
Thanks for sending these. This is exactly what I need to support the amounts spent to date. Question for you though, to make sure I am reading these correctly and understand them.
Phase 1C – Total Dallas County line items are $1,061,643.25 after change orders according to your spreadsheet. I see where this started at $1,075,675 which matches Table B1 in the PSA,
and has since been reduced by change orders. However we are showing total participation of $1,000,000 instead – did we just round down or is this net of their admin costs, etc?
Phase 1D – Total Dallas County line items are $714,434.93 which matches Table B2 in the PSA. But total participation is showing at $700,000 – again same question did we round down or
is this net of their costs?
Overall I just want to confirm that the true total amounts are $1 million for Phase 1C ($500k of which has already been reimbursed) and $700,000 for Phase 1D, rather than the slightly
higher amounts we are showing by line item.
