is a $100 tap fee and a $10 permit fee.

I do not believe it is necessary to meet. However, there will need to be a right-of-way permit issued because a portion of the work involves public utilities. Please submit four sets
of plans, a copy of the contractors insurance and have them fill out a right-of-way permit.
