Tom, as an update, Metheny and I met both Lynn and Clay at the Service Center yesterday to review the permit process. Paper work is in but there are a few updates that need to be done
by Metheny’s trades (MEP)

 

Lynn is processing the paper work for us.  Metheny has to register with the Town of Addison and pay their fee of $50.00 as a G.C.  Lynn did a calculation of the fee for UDR and the fountain
construction.  That will be $1,957.00.  I will put that on a credit card to expedite payment when they notify us.  Clay was going to complete his review of the documents so we can begin
mobilization items including taps, etc.

Lynn- We received the revised pricing for the sign this morning. The total costs of the sign will be $688,182 and the fountain portion will be $256,908. I am hopeful that the fountain
fee will only apply to the fountain portion of the sign. That said, can you send me the total amount needed for the permit fees? Thanks Lynn.
