I am sending it to Bill Wallace for review. For the recent storm event, there is less pervious cover in the Vitruvian area than there was three years ago. This will continue until they complete the first four phases of the project. After the first four phases, measures (i.e. detention) if needed will we taken to insure that the runoff is not increased from what it was prior to the redevelopment. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me. Thanks, Clay Barnett, P.E. Are they? If so, when will they be constructed? If detention ponds are not planned, can you confirm that an engineering analysis determined that the runoff will no more than that generated from the previous apartment developments were in place? After the rain Monday, the City received some inquiries and I wanted give appropriate responses. Thanks a bunch, Jerry Jerome (Jerry) V. Murawski, Jr., P.E.
