Matt,

 

The Town of Addison does not currently provide storm sewer service anywhere in Addison.  Some other cities have a storm water department, but the Town of Addison does not.  That is probably
where the confusion is coming from.  I have not included it in any of the will serve letter that I have issued and it has never been a problem.  Have they specifically asked for this?

What date will that service be available?  Isn’t the storm sewer work complete?  Could you at least provide a letter with a target date of service to provide to Phase 101 – this is necessary
for our loan closing.
