We are in receipt of a test report that indicates concrete was placed that did not meet the specification for air entrainment.  The location is stated as the “wheelchair ramp and sidewalks
at SW corner of property”.  This concrete is to be removed and replaced with concrete meeting the specification of 3-6% air entrainment.  If you have any questions, please contact me
