Could you please have your erosion control subcontractor service the remaining BMPs around your construction site.  These are an important component of our storm water protection requirements
that must be maintained throughout the development of your site.  If you have any questions, I would be happy to meet with you on-site to go over these issues so we can avoid any violations.
