JW Operating: All complete except for the final restoration of the lot immediately north of the new building, the lot on Midway, and the reception of “As-Builts”. The lots need final
fine grading and restoration of ground cover. The removal of BMP’s would follow the establishment of ground cover. Dana will also have the sidewalk redwood expansion joints ripped
and sealed.
Arthur’s: The connector sidewalk is in. Perimeter grading around the new parking lot is not yet completed, but that should be covered by Building Inspection, right? Are there any
“As-Builts” required for us?
