Does the owner intend to install an outside vault or place the device in the building? I have attached the detail for the vault. If it is going in the building, then please place the following note on the plans: “Contractor to install a double check detector assembly with an externally mounted touch pad in the riser room. Meter to be in accordance with the Town of Addison Water System Requirements.” Two more comments: 1. Please move the plug valve on the fire hydrant back to the main. 2. Insure that there is 5’ separation between the water lines (they are dimensioned as 5’ center to center, which places them a little more than 4’ apart). If you have any questions, please let me know.
