Jerry,

 

This is the manhole that was constructed at II Addison Circle.  When we did the punchlist, Jason made a comment that they needed to do something to protect the invert of the manhole.
 The contractor needs some help figuring out what to do.  Do you have any advice?

It doesn't look bad at all to me.

To do anything, in my opinion, would be to round out the long side to a consistent radius.

I don't see any deterioration in the concrete.
