Domestic is still off and chain locked at your request until further notice. An email from you at the time of acceptance should be sent to Billing and the tenant should then pursue activation of this account. Once this has taken place I would request that someone be on site when water is physically connected to flush and check for leaks. The only concern I have is that since this building has been unoccupied for some time and the water meter was removed and reinstalled that we would require the new tenant to test all backflow devices prior to C/O approval.
