I checked with Utilities. They were acceptable to placing the monument sign over the sewer transmission main contingent upon receiving a letter that has all of the attached qualities
signed & notarized by an office of the company that currently owns the building.

The sign meets all of the required criteria with the exception of the fact that it is located within an easement directly above a sewer transmission main. In the past we have allowed
signs to be placed over water distribution and sewer collection mains given that they send a letter that includes all of the points given in the attached document. However, we have
not had an instance in which we have permitted the placement of a sign over a transmission main. Let me discuss this with Utilities and we will get back with you.
