Phil,

 

We met with Opus today.  I informed them that the Town of Addison would resume water service to the Two Addison Circle Office Building once the following two items are completed:

1.      Resolve the monument sign that blocks the fire hydrant (they said they were going to remove it),

2.      Submit new backflow test forms

 

Dave Wilde said that Utilities did an earlier walkthrough and had no other issues.

Apparently the old Opus is trying to apply for service. I was informed by you to leave it off until further notice due to spec requirements. I believe it has a chain on it at this time.

Can you please let me know what we need to do in order to get the meter inspected and turned on at 15725 Dallas Parkway?  The meter was pulled and then put back into the ground.  The
last notes I have from September is that it was pending an inspection.  I have a new app on file and wanted to get this meter taken care of.
