Marin,
The monument sign is in the accessible pathway from the north. It cannot be moved any closer to the street without being located in the turn lane easement. It can be over the utilities,
but we require a letter stating that the monument sign will be removed by the property owner at their expense within 2 days written notice from the Town of Addison or any other entity
with rights to the easement.

Thanks for the CD of the Utilities at Two Addison. I have added the utilities to my site plan and have attached a close-up and the site plan for your review. The site plan is in 1/32
scale. I have made sure they monument is not located over an of the drainage or cabling per the utilities plan. Will you please review and let me know if I am on the right track?
