Attached is the CO punchlist for the Opus Building.  There are a few critical issues that need to be addressed prior to another temp CO being issued, including replacing the storm sewer
manhole in front of the property that is eroding.

 

The only additional item to add is that they do not have a domestic water meter for the building.
