Lynn, Attached is the CO punchlist for the Opus Building. There are a few critical issues that need to be addressed prior to another temp CO being issued, including replacing the storm sewer manhole in front of the property that is eroding. The only additional item to add is that they do not have a domestic water meter for the building. If you have any questions, please let me know. Thanks, Clay Barnett, P.E. Anything at all you can provide reflecting temp or otherwise would be most helpful. As I told you, I ma under a time crunch, as there is a Bankruptcy Court hearing in the morning, so if by chance there is anything at all you can provide today (fax or email), it will be great. Please call me with any question, and my cell is 214-914-9951 Thanks again, /s/ Spike Cutler === Sewall C.
