Marin,

 

There is insufficient information on this drawing to determine if the sign is in an acceptable location or not.  There are several easements along the front property line, which include
a turn lane, drainage, sidewalk and utility easement.  These need to be shown to determine is this location is acceptable.

 

Kyle Whitis at Pacheco Koch was instrumental at putting this together.  He may be able to help you determine a suitable location for the monument sign.

Thanks for calling me back so quickly!  Attached is a PDF of  the approximate Location of the Monument Sign location at the Intersection of Addison Circle and The Dallas N Tollway Access
Road.  Please review and let us know if the area is okay in regards to the electrical easements and existing conditions.  Also, we would like to remove or relocate pole the signage that
is existing on that corner if possible. If not how is it in relation to the sign location we have proposed?
