Attached is the punchlist for the II Addison Circle Building that was developed this time last year. Some of these items have been completed. If you would like to set up a walkthrough,
we can meet at the site and update the list.
Of particular concern is the filing of the final plat. I have had discussions with Kyle Whitis at Pacheco-Koch regarding the completion of the final plat. However, it appears to have
stalled again. Could you please see to it that the final plat is completed as soon as possible?
Also, there needs to be a discussion about the monument sign that is directly adjacent to the fire hydrant on the north side of the building. Opus was going to move the fire hydrant.
The alternative was to move or remove the sign. We do not have a preference which occurs as long as one or the other is completed. As it stands now, the hydrant is inoperative due
to its close proximity to the monument sign.

It appears that there is an issue with the commercial large meter and we are unable to turn that meter on.
Can you please reissue another check in the amount of $600. The original check was for $1300. We can send this check back to you but I will need the new check for $600 in order to
