I met I met Ran Holman, and Geoff Meyer, Principals with Extant Commercial, and Paul Lembke, COO with Lemco Construction Services, all formerly with Opus West Construction, as well as the representative from the new ownership. There were also two people from the building management (operations and maintenance). They were aware of the remaining issues with the monument sign over the water line, and the need for a domestic water meter. They said they would call when it comes in so that it could be inspected and recorded. (I wonder what the affect of the open pipe for this extended period will have on the integrity of the water quality, and if there need to be some steps taken for sanitizing, flushing, or testing after the meter is installed.) From the “must do” list: 1. Recording of the final plat and preparation of the record drawings. 2. Remove debris from bottom of the sanitary sewer manhole STA 0+00 WW-1. 3. Replace bottom of storm sewer manhole STA 0+00 ST-1. 4. Invert work needed in sanitary sewer manholes STA 1+78 WW-1 and STA 0+29 WW-2. 5. Water valve at 90 degree bend on Addison Circle Drive needs to be re-stacked. It is currently inoperative. 6. Replacing the domestic meter for the building and opening new accounts with Finance. #1. Extant Commercial was going to see about procuring these documents from the engineer or archives or wherever they were. #2. We looked in the MH at STA 0+00 WW-1, but the flow was excessive and it was difficult to tell if anything had been done here. #3. There was a concrete floor in the storm MH, but there is also about a 4-5’ drop from the flow line of the incoming pipe to the floor. This will eventually result in erosion of the concrete at the drop point. Solution undetermined. #4. There may have been some work attempted in these inverts, but they were going to look into additional work to prevent erosion of the sides of the invert as a result of the velocity flow still impacting the sides of the inverts prior to changing direction. #5. The stack is not exactly straight, but I was able to access and operate this valve. I am unaware of new concrete being poured here after the first walk-thru. The domestic vault had OS&Y valves in it, and the fire DCDA meter touch-pad has been installed in the door frame. Phil has seen this and is OK with it. It appears that a number of the other items on the punch-list were addressed, but we did not formally check each item as they had other issues they needed to address internally at that time. They said they had the punch-list, and would call when they had gone over it again and were ready for re-inspection. David E. It is not an exhaustive list, but has the most critical items that need to be resolved. There are a few items that need to be done immediately. They are as follows: 7. Recording of the final plat and preparation of the record drawings. 8. Remove debris from bottom of the sanitary sewer manhole STA 0+00 WW-1. 9. Replace bottom of storm sewer manhole STA 0+00 ST-1. 10. Invert work needed in sanitary sewer manholes STA 1+78 WW-1 and STA 0+29 WW-2. 11. Water valve at 90 degree bend on Addison Circle Drive needs to be re-stacked. It is currently inoperative. 12. Replacing the domestic meter for the building and opening new accounts with Finance. Once these critical items are complete, continuous efforts must be taken to resolve the remaining items on the punchlist. Some of these items may already have been completed. If Wells Fargo would like to schedule a meeting to discuss the status of these issues and then meet at the job site to complete a walkthrough, I would be happy to coordinate it. Please let me know if they desire to schedule this. If you have any questions, please let me know. Thanks, Clay Barnett, P.E.
