I wanted to follow-up on the few remaining punch list items at Two Addison Circle. Attached is a photo of the Valve Stack locator pad you requested be installed at the Northeast corner
of the building, please note the adjacent grade has been leveled and the mulch redistributed. The light poles on Spectrum Dr. have been repainted. The (1) light pole cover is being fabricated
and will be installed as soon as possible.  

 

I would like to seek your final approval for the project in order to allow Lynn Chandler to issue the shell building Certificate of Occupancy. If there are any problems please give me
a call at 214-267-0494.
