Hi, my name is Randy Hart with Stream Realty. I am in receipt of the Public Works punch list that Mr. David Wilde generated last year for the above referenced project. As you may know
the developer went into bankruptcy last year before the project was 100% complete. Wells Fargo has hired us to complete the construction and secure a permanent Certificate of Occupancy.
