Clay, As of 10/05/09 items 2-6 from the “mandatory” list (see following inserted paragraph) have been checked out and completed. The meter has been re-installed correctly, and the accounts have been paid with the Finance Department, as verified by Jerry Lewandowski. I have received neither the final plat nor the record drawings. “Attached is the preliminary punch-list that was generated Feb. 7, 2009. It is not an exhaustive list, but has the most critical items that need to be resolved. There are a few items that need to be done immediately. They are as follows: 1. Recording of the final plat and preparation of the record drawings. 2. Remove debris from bottom of the sanitary sewer manhole STA 0+00 WW-1. 3. Replace bottom of storm sewer manhole STA 0+00 ST-1. 4. Invert work needed in sanitary sewer manholes STA 1+78 WW-1 and STA 0+29 WW-2. 5. Water valve at 90 degree bend on Addison Circle Drive needs to be re-stacked. It is currently inoperative. 6. Replacing the domestic meter for the building and opening new accounts with Finance. Once these critical items are complete, continuous efforts must be taken to resolve the remaining items on the punch-list. Some of these items may already have been completed.” The matter of the monument sign in the water easement is still unresolved at this time. Other minor items remaining on the punch-list have not been verified since we have not been notified as to their completion for re-inspection. David E.
