Dan, There is a connection to the sidewalk which is in the public right-of-way. Since the size of this project is so limited, I think just the developer and general contractor would be sufficient. No need for a bond. We will need a copy of the general contractors insurance. We also need an additional set of plans as well as proof that the plans have been submitted for TDLR review.
