Dan,

 

There is a connection to the sidewalk which is in the public right-of-way.  Since the size of this project is so limited, I think just the developer and general contractor would be sufficient.
 No need for a bond.  We will need a copy of the general contractors insurance.  We also need an additional set of plans as well as proof that the plans have been submitted for TDLR
review.  Finally, we need the right-of-way permit completed and the $10 fee.

For our preconstruction meeting set for Thursday morning at 10:30 a.m. for Arthurs restaurant, since there are no underground utilities to be done and no work to be done in the city
right-of-way, what Sub Contractors do you want to attend the meeting?

Also is there a need for performance bond which was part of the documents for the meeting?

Do you need the proof of General Liability Insurance to be brought to the meeting?
