Clay, This is what was determined at the walkthrough as required for the vehicular pavers that CPS would address. The other comment was that they would replace chipped and broken pavers and then oversand all as needed after repairs were made. I also reminded Steve, with Savannah about the issues with the pedestrian pavers (different contractor), which include restoring soldier course integrity as far as color and shape is concerned, doing a better job of matching the pedestrian paver body color and pattern, and fixing odd cuts and pieces at the repaired/replaced locations. Ron Lee is working with Savannah to get the tree planted at the Spectrum treewell. David E. The good news is we have the extra pavers in our possession and will be out there on Monday to take care of the work. Thanks to all for meeting and helping us to resolve this issue. Steve, we'll take our concrete grinder and attempt to correct some of the concrete problems. We do not anticipate this to take more than $200.00. If this is acceptable please acknowledge. Thanks.
