The Borrower should have a copy of inspection and be able to send quickly. As far as paving goes, I would ask the testing laboratory to issue a letter stating that they testing density and moisture content of subgrade, reinforcement placement, PSI and slump of concrete, etc. and that all testing met project specifications.
