Can you confirm that the backflow tests have been performed on the water
and fire lines for Meridian Square?  If so, can you provide a letter?
This has been requested from the Lender.

City of Addison Utilities: the only thing that they require is that
backflow tests be performed on the water and fire lines.  The Borrower
should have a copy of inspection and be able to send quickly.

As far as paving goes, I would ask the testing laboratory to issue a
letter stating that they testing density and moisture content of
subgrade, reinforcement placement, PSI and slump of concrete, etc. and
that all testing met project specifications.
