Rone, they were out today picking proctors.  Harris knows not to start
until permit approved & I give them the go.

AT & T has awarded to Harris Bros., I have spoke to them and will meet
with them next week.  I think they have a permit submitted.  I have the
phone pedestal dimension out and told them they have to work thru me to
install their stuff.  I know you had problems with them at Asbury.  I
will provide them with water/sewer plans, phone dimension plan (I have
it measured out for each lot line - so no future problems - water
meters, driveways, etc.)  and plat.  I also gave this to Force-con
franchise guys, who I have already met with.  I have dimension for the
elec. boxes, so there is no problems in the future.  Just wanted to keep
you in the loop, I will also call Brandon when I start installing street
light bases.
