TCO is a temporary certificate of occupancy.  You will need to contact Building Inspection regarding building permits.

I would recommend scheduling a preliminary walkthrough when you get close to requesting a TCO for the first building.  They can be scheduled through Dave Wilde.

Clay,

 

Will there be any other requirements from the utility contractor, other than setting meter cans, painting fire hydrants, topping inlets, etc. for a temp. release of building permits.
 Not sure how this works since the Town will not accept this development for years to come.
