We have no further comments on the pavers as they are today.  As we have stated in the past, the town will not accept the facilities installed with the project until the completion of
the project.  At the completion of the all of the construction we will schedule a walkthough and all of the items damaged by the construction associated with the units will be repaired
prior to final acceptance of the development, including any damage to the brick pavers.

All of the Town’s concerns with the vehicular pavers have been addressed.  We still have concerns with the pedestrian pavers on Spectrum, but my understanding is that this issue will
be resolved by another contractor prior to issuance of building finals on the building currently under construction.
