We have now completed the punchlist.  I have walked it and feel that all items mentioned in our walkthrough and more were addressed.  We also ground the concrete down that was holding
water.  We respectfully are asking that all funds, as agreed, be released upon the cities approval.  Thanks to everyone who helped us finalize this project.
