Dave, Attached is the punch-list from the walk-though we had back in November. Please see Note 6. It states “reset vehicular pavers at intersections for fit and finish.” It does not have a requirement to replace the pavers with a different brand. We have paid Forcecon and gotten release of lien prior to the release of funds but they fraudulently signed them. One of the contractor which was not paid was Concrete Paver Systems. I have attended several inspections and meeting concerning the street paver material and installation in the intersections for Meridian Square, and it is my understanding that the paver material is acceptable but the installation is not. Would it be possible to get a letter from you or someone at the city which would state the cities position on this matter? If there is already such a document could I get a copy for or records?
